First off, thank you all for your patience! This was a difficult fulfillment for us. With multiple issues at the production level we were delayed far more than we ever could have predicted. We are very sorry for promising a product in November and not actually delivering until January and February. Rest assured that his delay was in no way intentional.
Each one of these Kickstarters is a learning experience and we certainly learned a lot from this one. We are happy to report that all of the pledges that we received surveys for have shipped. You should have received an email from Backerkit with your tracking information. If you have not received your Backerkit survey please send us a message directly or email us at [email protected] and we will get you sorted out.
We are very happy with the quality of the decks, both in content and the material they are printed on. We hope you feel the same way and will continue to support our various projects.

Good News On Fulfillment

Howdy everyone!
We've been informed by our production that we should expect delivery of the corrected decks next week and the week after (They are being sent in two batches). If you have Fifth Edition Foes, Tome of Beasts, or Pathfinder decks in your order your rewards will ship either next week or the week after. Apparently the root of the problem was a bad die that is used to cut and fold the tuckboxes. This was causing a massive misalignment of the artwork which was not acceptable. The process has taken a few weeks because we had to modify our artwork slightly and production needed to fix the die. We very much appreciate your patience and support!
When your package does ship you should receive an email from Backerkit with tracking info. If you only had 5E core decks as well as some critical hit deck or treasure deck add ons, we are fulfilling those as fast as possible. Since we offered a lot of different deck options and a lot of add ons our orders have something like 1000 different iterations. Meaning when we batch orders together that are all the same so that we can package as efficiently as possible, we only get a hand full of orders to fulfill. We're sifting through all the orders currently, trying to find all the ones we can fulfill at this time.

Fulfillment Has Begun, But...

Hi Everyone,
We began fulfillment last week and everything was going fine with over 200 orders shipped out. That is until we got into the non 5E core decks. The printing quality of the tuck boxes on the Pathfinder, Fifth Edition Foes, and Tome of Beasts decks is not up to our quality standards. Basically the artwork on the tuck boxes was printed in such a way that a large gap (wider than 1/8") is on the right hand side of the tuck box face. This is unacceptable, so we're working with production to have them re-printed immediately. We've delayed posting this update because we haven't been given a timeline for when to expect delivery of the corrected decks.
We sincerely apologize for this additional delay. We do not control the quality of the product as it leaves production and can only react when it arrives. Obviously we are very frustrated by this situation as we are not holding up our end of the Kickstarter fulfillment. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to send you a quality product as soon as possible.

Fulfillment Delay

Hi All,
This is the sort of update that I didn't want to have to post, but I feel it's important to keep you well informed. Although we were promised things from our production company, it appears as though they were never meant to be taken seriously. Originally we were given an expedited production schedule of two weeks and rush shipping. Instead, as stated in our previous update, we were given a 6-week production schedule and standard shipping. I received confirmation today that the decks are in fact done, but they are going to take an unknown amount of time to ship via FedEx freight from Texas to California.
We try very hard to establish good relationships with our production facilities, but we can only control the material and information that we give to them. What we get back from them in terms of production schedules, product quality, and in some cases over promises makes a major impact on our business and ultimately on our daily lives.
We will be shut down next week from the 21st through the 27th while my wife, my son, and I spend some much needed time with family out of town. This is likely the time frame (if not after) that we should expect delivery. It really upsets me to over promise and under deliver like this when it comes to fulfillment, but at this point it's just the reality of the situation.
I will leave it at that and offer my sincerest apology to you as a valued backer and Nord Games customer. We promised delivery of our pledge rewards during the month of November, and it will likely be January before you have the decks in hand. I'm very sorry for this.
We hope that you all have a wonderful holiday season playing lots of games with your friends and loved ones.

Delivery Update

Hi All,
We've waited to post this update until we had some solid dates. Originally we were given 2 week expedited production schedule when we submitted all of our art assets on November 1st. This was not realized and instead we've been given a 6 week production time. This puts delivery to us on December 14th.
Obviously we are disappointed, but rest assured that we are prepared to begin fulfillment immediately once the decks reach us.
